Our founder began his culinary journey in 2008, working in Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels across the United Kingdom and France. In these kitchens, excellence wasn’t optional—it was the standard. Nourishly was founded in 2024 in Cape Town with a new mission: to bring artisanal chocolates, cakes, biscuits, and puddings—made with world-class craftsmanship—into the homes of South African families.
