SHIPPING POLICY
At Nourishly, all orders are currently available for collection only. We do not offer shipping or home delivery at this time, as this allows us to maintain the freshness, quality, and presentation of our artisanal products. Collection details—including address and available times—will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. Please ensure your order is collected within the specified window, as our perishable items cannot be refunded or replaced if left uncollected.
RETURN POLICY
Because our chocolates, pastries, cakes, biscuits, and puddings are freshly made and perishable, Nourishly does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been collected. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection so we can review the concern and, where appropriate, offer a suitable resolution. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we will always do our best to help.
PAYMENT METHOD
Nourishly currently accepts payments via Yoco (card or digital payment) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All orders must be fully paid before collection, and payment instructions will be provided at checkout. Please ensure proof of payment is available when collecting EFT orders to avoid delays.
