At NOURISHLY, we are committed to the highest standards of food safety and product integrity. All our brownie cuts and slabs are prepared in a hygienic, controlled environment using safe handling practices that comply with South African food safety regulations. We follow strict procedures for ingredient sourcing, storage, preparation, and packaging to ensure every product meets our quality and safety expectations. Our team is trained in proper hygiene and allergen-awareness protocols, and we regularly review and update our practices to maintain a safe and trusted experience for every customer. Please note we are currently not Halal certified. Although all our ingredients are halal, some equipment used in our NOURISHLY kitchen have been used to handle non-halal products. 

NOURISHLY currently accepts payments via Yoco and PayStack (card or digital payment) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All orders must be fully paid before baking and delivery will be arranged, and payment instructions will be provided at checkout.
