We're here to help!
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photographic evidence where applicable. Where an issue is verified, NOURISHLY may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We are unable to issue refunds for issues arising from incorrect delivery details, delayed consumption, or improper storage once the order has been received.
