Shipping policy

All NOURISHLY brownie cuts and slabs are baked fresh to order to ensure the best possible flavour and texture. Please allow 1–3 business days for baking and dispatch, followed by 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location and courier routing.

 

Our nationwide delivery fee is by weight, varying between ZAR 99–199, with free delivery over ZAR 1,500. Most delivery fees are less than ZAR 99. Local pickup is welcome.

 

Once your order has been collected by our courier partner, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. For delivery updates or delays, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking details provided.

 

We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 8:00am on Thursday will be baked and shipped the following Monday to ensure freshness and avoid weekend transit delays.

 

Please note that deliveries to outlying or grey areas may take longer, as transit times are determined by the courier service. While we work closely with our delivery partners, courier timelines are outside of our direct control.

 

During peak periods or limited-edition monthly drops, dispatch times may be slightly extended due to high demand. We truly appreciate your patience—and promise it’s worth the wait.
